Houseprac tomorrow! :D my first houseprac in like 2 months and I'm incredibly excited (: (: (:
also spent most of my day in the library at marine parade today and it was so cold there. but it was awesome just sitting there in the cafe in the library facing the window and reading and nibbling on a muffin and occasionally looking up watching the world go past me at its crazy speed and feeling thankful that i'm one of those watching the world go past and not those sitting in cars and zooming past everything. (oops long run-on sentence). i guess this is the closest i'm going to get in a long while to sitting on the grass and watching the cars go by considering how hectic life is now but today was so good <3
and assembly today was good :D i love the poem that RAlit was reading, the mysterious atmosphere, and feeling so completely at ease with the whole world around me, with val grasping my arm from behind and rachel beside me and it was such a nice few minutes <3 <3 i love poetry oh man. and a necessary darkness is really very nice,
if you want to look at the stars, you'll find that darkness is necessary. (here i almost typed i love poetry :D and then i realised that i was going to get repetitive). love lit. and and and when NPCC was presenting about OCDP 2011 i was honestly kind of bored, but then this line suddenly struck me- all the fear is in your head, just go out there and do it, don't miss out on all the wonderful meaningful things just because you're scared. and i was like, omg yes truest thing i've heard this week (:
also, it's a FRIDAY! and there's a LONG WEEKEND! the thought makes me incredibly high even though i'm pretty much screwed for bio/math/om and a lot of stuff really but ohwell, it's friday :D :D
