"Snape... all this time?"
"Always."
Harry Potter <3 my childhood man.Thank you JK Rowling, you're so amazing, you brought the magic into my life, you brought the story of Harry into my life, that wonderful epic tale of magic and monsters and just an ordinary boy born into extraordinary circumstances, the story of greed and hatred and power and courage and comraderie and friendship and love, how
love conquers all. And thank you Daniel, Rupert, Emma for bringing this story to life, making it more real than it could otherwise have been, all the amazing directors and actors and crew and everyone that has contributed to those 8 amazing films.
The film yesterday was so amazing, it showed me how people who didn't know each other at all could come together over something we all truly believed in- even if it's just a book, a movie, a person- but it isn't just that, it was never just that. It was the journey of love and courage that all of us accompanied Harry through, that roller-coaster of things, it was that intangible
something that made us all laugh and cry and cheer and applaud at the same time- how can a mere story do that? Harry Potter is beyond a story, what it is I really cannot explain, but it was such an amazing thing when the whole theatre just cheered in
unison when molly went "not my daughter, you bitch!" or when everyone laughed when Voldemort
hugged Draco or how so many people were sniffing when Snape died- what it was that brought us together I don't know, but it was one of the most amazing experiences ever.
But I do find it quite strange how people on tumblr seem to be like "oh no harry potter is over my life is over", because I think if they truly love HP then the story will never end for them, the magic will never ever end.
"No story lives unless someone wants to listen; the stories we love best do live in us forever.
So whether you come by page or by the big screen, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home."
