I think something that so many of us don't understand is that we don't have to lead all the time- sometimes we need to just sit back and listen to others and let them take the lead, take the responsibility, because it is a very refreshing feeling to just sometimes listen and see things from their point of view. Sometimes we need to just relax, and take life as it comes.
