omg houseprac today was so so exciting :D all the housepracs in term 2 i've been so tired from this or that some way or other and sometimes i can't help but wonder why the heck i'm doing all this staying in school till 630 when everyone else is sleeping at home. housepracs can be so damn tiring sometimes and the sec ones aren't usually as responsive as we hope they 'd be, but this year's batch of tarbetians never fails to amaze me. every house prac there'll be those one or two moments where everything suddenly comes clear. today during mass dance when the audio system broke down and everyone was confused for a moment and then started singing together as a batch and just continued dancing was one of the best moments in all housepracs so far. and then after we did mass dance super awkwardly on stage the sec ones suddenly burst out in three cheers for tarbet housecomm, and when we were singing and half of housecomm didn't know the lyrics but we were all getting high together, the general warm effusive feeling of family. it's these moments that keep me going amidst all this, and today was absolutely amazing.
haha i think time of my life is a song that really hit me very hard the first time i heard it in january, it's so personal to me for various reasons and singing it today with housecomm was <3
